What kinds of service can you provide?
We assist business schools to arrange their business study trips to China and/or business study abroad program in China. Depending on the school’s need, we can provide business arrangement and/or travel logistics arrangement. Our business assistance includes company visits, speeches, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, networking activities with Chinese business people, and culture excursion tours etc. Our travel logistics assistance includes flight, accommodation, transportation, and meals arrangement. We also assist visa and passport application upon request. |

Are you able to provide consulting projects for students to work on?
One special advantage of our service is to make students and faculties to visit Chinese companies who are willing to share their challenges and to listen to suggestions and ideas. While we can not decide for the companies to offer consulting projects, we create such opportunities for students and schools to meet with upper management levels of those companies. It will be up to your students to impress them during the visits. Some of the companies provide consulting projects later as a result of the visits. We also know that some executive MBAs even go back to China later by themselves because of the opportunity and interests they encountered during the visits to those companies. We believe that no other travel agencies can provide such efforts to integrate students into companies they visit to get challenges and opportunities. |

What kind of lodging can we expect from the trip?
We provide different type of lodgings for different budget. We will choose among 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotels upon your request. All hotels will be dependable, comfortable, and well maintained with all the expected conveniences for business travelers. Which airlines do you use?
We work with airline consolidators to choose among airlines with best prices and services. We offer both business class and economy class travel. Do you offer Travel Protection/Insurance?
We recommend anyone joining one of our programs should have adequate personal insurance against medical and accident risks, evacuation, and repatriation. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal possessions. If you need travel insurance, please access here for purchasing travel protection/insurance. Credit card companies often provide travel insurance as part of their benefits. You may want to check with your credit card company for what kind of travel insurance you have before purchasing any insurance. |

What if we are not satisfied with the trip?
We want to guarantee the quality of service and your satisfaction. If you are ever dissatisfied with our service, please try to let us know during the trip and we will make the necessary arrangements and refund. If you have finished the trip, please send us a complaint form specifying your dissatisfaction and we will investigate the case, and advise the results of the investigation.

Do we need passport and visa to travel to China?
Americans travelers will certainly need a passport and visa to enter China, and they should be applied in advance. If you don’t have passport, you can apply for it at city court house or local post office. Chinese government requires foreign travelers, whether for leisure or business, to have a valid visa to enter into China. You are exempt from this requirement if you travel and stay ONLY in Hong Kong. However, if you travel beyond Hong Kong, even for a few hours, you will need a China visa, which should be obtained within 90 days before your departure. There are nine types of visa. Generally, you will need a Tourist Visa (L Visa) for travel and visit to China, and a Business Visa (F Visa) for business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, research for a period of less than six months.
Important for US residents: please note that beginning on May 1, 2003, the Chinese Embassy do not take visa applications sent by mail. Applicants are required to come to the Embassy, or entrust a relative or friend or travel/visa agent to come to the Embassy for the visa application process. To resolve this inconvenience, we can offer visa service to clients no matter where you live in the United Sates. |

While you will find most of study abroad programs in China focus on language, this program mainly focuses on Chinese business, economy and culture. All programs are taught in English. What accommodation do you provide?
Affordable, clean and comfortable on campus dormitory and off campus accommodations (3-star hotel) are available at convenient and safe location. The accommodation is based on double occupancy. |

Do you issue grade and certificate?
At the end of the program, students are required to hand in research paper about China business. Grade and certificate from our host institution will be issued. Students should check with their study abroad advisor about credit quantity, transfer and financial aid availability. We will provide an official transcript from our host institution that states the name of the course, the total hours, hours attended and your letter grade. |

Are students required to speak Chinese to join the program?
No. Our business program will be taught in English by experienced and famous Chinese professors. This program is designed to let students learn about Chinese business and culture. Of course, we do have language class for students who also want to study Chinese. |
