Day 1: Beijing Arrive at Beijing airport. A friendly English speaking staff will pick you up and transfer you to hotel. Relax yourself for the rest of the day. |
Day 2: Beijing
Morning visit Forbidden City, afternoon tour around Beijing’s Hutong, the "Old City" neighborhoods of narrow alleys and courtyard gardens hidden behind Beijing's modern facade. Evening enjoy Beijing Duck dinner. |
Day 3: Beijing
Morning visit Temple of Heaven and lush gardens of the Summer Palace. Afternoon shopping on Xiu Shui Street. Evening visit Lao She Tea House to experience local culture. |
Day 4: Beijing Morning hiking on Great Wall, which snakes over the green hilly countryside outside of Beijing. Afternoon visit Ming Tombs and its underground vault. |
Day 5: Beijing - Xian
Morning fly to Xian, and be transferred to hotel. Afternoon visit the wild Goose Pagoda of the Tang Dynasty, the Bell Drum Tower of the Ming Dynasty and City Wall. |
Day 6: Xian
Today, you will see one of the most exciting archeological finds in recent years - the site of more than 6000 life-size terra-cotta warriors and horses. They are acclaimed as the "Eighth Wonder of the world". Also visit the Banpo Village Museum, site of a 6000 year-old Neolithic village and Huaqing Hot Spring. Tonight enjoy a Tang Dynasty banquet dinner show. |
Day 7: Xian - Shanghai Visit the Provincial History Museum in the morning, and have a dumpling lunch at local families. Fly to Shanghai in the afternoon. |
Day 8: Shanghai
Full day visit Bund, Yu Garden, Jade Buhhda Temple, Old Town, Nanjing Road. Evening watch an acrobatic show. |
Day 9: Shanghai - Zhouzhuang - Suzhou
Morning drive to Zhouzhuang, a water town of thousand years of history. Afternoon take a boat to Suzhou on Grand Cannel and enjoy beautiful riverside view. |
Day 10: Suzhou - Hangzhou Morning visit Garden of Administration, Garden of Master of Net, Silk Institution. Afternoon drive to Hangzhou and be transferred to hotel. |
Day 11: Hangzhou
Visit the West Lake, the Red Carp Pond and the Mausoleum of General Yue Fei. |
Day 12: Hangzhou - Shanghai
Drive back to Shanghai, and enjoy the view. Relax yourself in the afternoon. |
Day 13: Shanghai Experience of being a Shanghai people for one day. |
Day 14: Exit
We will transfer you to airport in Shanghai for your return flight. Your flight will bring you back home the same day. Or we will provide further assistances for your travel in China upon your request. |
